Tigers have bombed civilian targets to force the government not to negotiate but to grant their demands in full.
No government of 83% of the people will agree to self-rule by 12% of the population.
Instead Tigers should demand for equal oppurtunities for Tamils, the minority community.
But Tiger Leader prefers on-going war so that the Tamils could be kept under his thumb, even though they face unwanted atrocities by both sides of the conflict.
