This is a great post on TC on Social CRM. It looks like Virgin America gets it! VA is my first choice of airline. I only wish they would offer sometime of price match, when I am forced to travel at a specific price rate and another airline has that price and I am forced to use the cheaper one for business. For personal I will pick VA over all other airlines. Southwest has #2 spot now, simply because the VA experience in flying is just simply that --- a highly positive experience.
