I've had hanging problems, and thought it was possibly cookies choking the load, with the bandwidth taken to constantly reload the pages, beside increasing popularity and traffic. It's probably just a way of working out how big the next server needs to be. I tried some malware programs I found on a clip about two weeks ago, I can't remember the title, including Spyware Terminator (free) and Trojan Hunter (30 day trial).
Things seemed to improve, but I'm not sure why.

I can't say my technical knowledge is that deep, but there is the idea (paraphrased) That if there is a problem with one site it could be the site, if it is most sites it could be the operator, or the connection. It can also be both. I like the process of elimination, and 'experiments' when I know I am not going to wreck things (aren't restores and backups useful) While clipmarks had trouble loading other sites were generally faster, after the 'clean' that allowed clipmarks to load , all of the other loading times improved. I'm just not sure why. I try and make 'educated guesses, but they are only any good if there is a way to test them properly (or at last resort, I can read the 'Help')

It's also amazing the specific questions that can be enterd in google or other search engines, that can lead to a specific answer-The trick can be phrasing the question.
