Crazy guy is a great laugh. Was behind him in the queue in Dunnes, he was doing his thing, muttering looking at nothing, gesturing.
But as he got his change he stopped the muttering and said "thank you" to the checkout girl, before diving back into crazy land.
oh and btw its not a psychizophrenic talking on this clip each statement is by a supposedly sane person

he cant be detained in an institution against his will unless he is a danger to himself or others. walking around gesturing and talking to himself doesnt mean he poses a threat to anyone.</DIV>
there are plenty people out there who would be considered insane, yet who do not meet the criteria for detention in psychiatric  care.
