THis is kind of stupid. I understand the point of it, but to give them an iPod but not pay fro the medicines is just not right. And most will get only vouchers for a free parking space, that is not going to help them kick the habit of drugs. The people need long hours in detox and counseling not a parking space or a free meal!

My grandmother had cancer, and to think of a druggy getting free stuff from the government, yet people who didn't put themselves into their grave, makes me sick.
