Pathetic - that much money and effort - totally wasted!

Hmmm. I wonder if Bush would have committed some $$ to rebuild Lebanon if he knew about this. What happened first? The chicken or the egg? :/

bookchick49, the news about this has been in the IT press months ago - this isn't new and this project has been going on for a quite a while, so no question that the company involved duped the government, but I still find it pathetic how any company in the US can be so inept, considering the amount of tech talent we have here. I don't really see what Lebanon has to do with this, but it's ridiculous that some companies are allowed to get away with such blatant incompetency.
