I do not see how that is true. Love is the easiest thing on Earth. I can't think of an individual or group that I really hate and if I could then I imagine it would be difficult for me spiritually and emotionally to have such feelings toward people. Hate does things to a person's spirit, outlook, motivation and robs them of most of their attention and emotion. Hate leads to irrationality and isolation. There is nothing easy about that. I think there is an irresistible force toward self-destruction, personally. I see hate as a similar self-inflicted misery as Heroin.
