Oh, yes, he's truly nailed his flag to the mast in this fracas. One would have to be deaf, blind and brain-dead not to see it for the knee-jerk racist response it was. 'Out of the abundance of his heart his mouth has spoken'. Isn't it extraordinary that a sitting US President should remain so silent over major world crisis and yet be so imprudent and overzealous in opening his mouth (only to fall into a 'racial black hole') over such a trivial domestic issue?

Though I know I shouldn't be amazed (considering his *Reverend*), I am.

While the 50s & 60s was a time of real change for Blacks in America, I'm beginning to think that racism is now mostly white hot in their own hearts. When Harvard professors and US Presidents can make everything about their race....something's not right.

Obama unfairly used the power of his national forum to summarily brand, not only the Cambridge Police, but all police officers as racists,

It was clearly evident, as he was speaking from the position of one who is "Black," rather than as the elected leader of all Americans, that his commentary was being perceived by Whites as racist, and prejudicial.

Unfortunately for Obama and whatever agenda he may have had, he has unwittingly loosed the "Cage" of a covert "White Backlash Monster" that will exact his marginalization in ways he could not possibly imagine.

I agree...it's Obama who is playing the race card....He is out to get America back . It's obvious he has a big, big chip on his shoulder.
