An excellent free Bible software tool for the hardcore critic of the Christian faith and the ardent believer alike. Multiple features, search ability, multiple languages, resources, add-ons. Did I mention it was free?

E-sword is wonderful. I've been using it for several years with some of their extras.

Bible.org is a fantastic source for commentary, questions/answers and a very exhaustive forum.

Traditional Christianity located at these sites.

I hate being the one to put a "pin" in anyone's ballon but e-Sword has some serious issues Folks should know about.

I have been using it for almost 2 yrs. now, having dropped my previous program "BiblePro" in favorite of it.

First let me say, tat for the money (it is FREE), it is one of the best Bible software programs out there. Brother Rick Meyers has given us a tremendous labor of love in producing this. And I have nothing but the highest respect & gratitude towards him, despite these problems. And I am continuing to correspond with him even now seeking a remedy.

The program has TONS of great features, which I as a Minister have employed & enjoyed. Yet there is a serious bug in the pro...

I'm a huge fan of the new Bible Study Tools. It has the most resources such as commentaries, lexicons, devotionals, articles, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and the most versions online that I have seen.

Bible Study Tools at Christianity.com not only has an amazing set of tools, but you can also highlight text, save your own notes, use a split screen panel so you can see two translations, a translation and a commentary, etc. Definitely check it out!

Thanks kristie. I'm 'saving' it for later exploring.

Regarding e-sword, I have never had an ounce of problem while using it. But then I use it for study and information, not storing or collecting anything.
