Keep in mind all these numbers are contingent on tax revenues being the same as they were before.

Non profitable companies and unemployed workers don't pay taxes. For the workers, many get extra refunds (welfare).

Michigan has already been down this road, they increased spending, then called a deficit as their tax revenues crashed. So, their solution was to increase taxes and off shore more work.

Now, we are facing a $1.5 BILLION deficit and that is banking on their new Michigan Business Tax bringing in big bucks. Joke is on them. We have lost, at minimum, 20% of existing, long term businesses in the past year. And, if my revenue and my customers revenue holds true (looking around, i...
