I; HATE! it when people: misuse simple, punctuations?!?!?!

Seems to me there are two choices, either get used to it, and accept that not all are equal in their grammatical endeavours, or spend your life in misery every time you see such inappropriate use of punctuations.

It's all about tolerance of others shortcomings.

michaelll - my comment was meant to be sardonic, as it is filled with silly punctuation errors.

I think I'm guilty of the semi-colon errors and too many question marks with exclamation marks attached. :~)

Certainly one way of seeing it, and here on ClipMarks there is a good deal of tolerance shown. I've on occasion being guilty of not checking back what I've written for errors. For some, english is not there first language and gentle help is appreciated.

Difficulty with punctuation errors don't usually prevent understanding of the writers intent. My problem on past forum are those that misspell repeatedly so you have to reread and reread to discover what is intended. With modern spellcheckers so available, there is no excuse for this behaviour.

That should have been others' - it's a possessive.

My pet peeve is misuse of apostrophe's, especially in plural''s.

PUNCTUATION ERRORS DON'T BOTHER ME, BUT I HATE READING STUFF WRITTEN TOTALLY IN UPPERCASE, AS IF PEOPLE ARE YELLING, OR SOMETHING.
