Tany from my net searches it is the race (by scientists) to document as many species as they can before they become extinct.

This is from the presumption that man is going to survive, though in what numbers who knows. Scary poo

I have just found what looks to be a most interesting video which I am making the effort to download before I watch - so I stay within my download limit for this month. It is called "Life After People" - it is a 90min doc. Will feed back if it is worth while.
