This is America. Imus' right to free speech is protected by the constitution, as long as he's not endangering people's lives by it.

On the other hand, the advertisers have the right to decide where they're going to spend their money, and pull their funds from any program. Likewise, The stations that air him have the right to pull his show if he's costing them money.
