masbury says: ACORN hires canvassers. ACORN checks all the names they bring in. ACORN marks the ones that don't add up, and turns them in, as required by law. We hear about them BECAUSE ACORN HAS IDENTIFIED THEM. And federal law requires those who register in this manner to show an ID when they come to vote the first time. Will Donald Duck be voting? Not unless he has an ID to show. Not one known instance of voting fraud has come from any ACORN-registered voters. Not one! And after all this thorough checking, practically none of the people registered by ACORN can be found. That would be the elections officials finding these problems - not ACORN. Actual people registered multiple times - that was found by elections officials - not ACORN. 72 times registered and still breezed in to try and vote. Washington state - actual prison time served there by ACORNers for vote fraud. Was that one self-identified? Every time elections officials start looking closely at this fraudster outfit (and they of course won't do that in Democrat controlled areas) they find massive fraud and felony. Nah - not one single problem with any registered ACORN voter. However, it loo... Good clip, Keeth. CR, you've been into the Kool-Aid again. Here's the question: how many of these registrants HAVE FRAUDULENTLY VOTED? Answer: As far as anyone knows, none. Because the Feds require that anyone who registers in this manner needs an ID when they come to vote. ACORN hires people who are NOT ACORN staff-people to go out and get registrations, and pays them for doing so. When they find out they're getting ripped off by phony registrations (which does them absolutely no good in any conceivable manner), they mark them. Sometimes, these laborers get prosecuted. Not ACORN. Registering people is a good thing. Weeding out the phonies is a good thing. Neither D's nor R's benefi...
