What the hell is he talking about? Javaid Ashraf Qazi says there will be heart reciting of Holy Quran's 40 Para (Chapters) in the school, although there are only 30 Para (Chapters) delivered in The Holy Quran.

What a pitty!!! Education Minister doesnt know his religious matters. Too bad. Of course it is PAKISTAN.
