Woah...someone's been sniffing too many glue bottles or something. HOW on earth did they come up with this twisted logic?

A traffic planner I spoke to last year told me of these changes in attitudes. They are based on statistics such as "more pedestrians are hit on crossings than anywhere else".
He is madly recommending "round abouts" as all cars have to approach with the same care. He said that there are fewer accidents than at traffic lights.
It is all based on statistics, so wwho Knows.
