This proves the point that the media is now an authoritative source of information in the minds of people.

I would love to see a similar study on the level of critical thinking among different age groups. If I was a betting man, I'd say it has radically decreased in younger age groups.

Absence of this would result in an increase likelihood of believing media unquestioningly. Something that children today are being trained to do.

Who else is going to tell them about their world. They are not going to sit and consume a history book.
