This is really a shocker for New Zealand. They are one of the teams in my list of title contenders. NZ can stay focused by considering this to be just a warm up match but they are early alarm bells. In a way, push like this at an early stage of the tournament is good to motivate the team. Same thing happened to India in the last world cup but they reached the finals in the end.
Mind you, bangladesh is in hands of a very gritty aussie coach, dave watmore. He led SL to a WC victory and is a great tactician. Bangladesh may well be the dark horse of WC'2007. We will wait and see. Boy this world cup is already steaming hot!!

That's awesome. Amazing that NZ just destroyed Australia a couple of weeks back, now this. Maybe they got a bit cocky.

NZ has this problem of not playing "consistently". But they have a bigger problem of getting over confident. Good luck to Fleming and party.
