Although the cost are so great this issue has never been "sexy," enough to grab the spotlight before.

The Michael Moore movie has been amazing on how it put the issues up front for quite some time.

Yet nobody expects any real changes. Too much money wants things to stay the same. Even worse, the scams and corruption in the Federal Medicare programs could fund most third world countries.
