26歲的索波和一名同夥在西雅圖詐騙多家銀行和信用合作社，得手20多萬美元。2月下旬他得知調查人員開始偵辦此案後，開著租來的車子逃到墨西哥，在度假勝地坎昆過著夜夜笙歌的生活。</P><P>
