Ya, I guess it's time to revisit some of these issues. Inventory of our lives, actions....see what we are doing right and wrong and what we can do better.

No easy answers I guess,as we women don't seem to agree on much these days, lol.... but can't hurt to try.

speaking of Clinton's pantsuits, Arianna Huffington has written a good article: Hillary Clinton's Defeat: A Historic Triumph - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/arianna-huffington/hillary-clintons-defeat-a_b_102418.html

While I haven't been a big supporter of Hillary, I'm all for having a woman president.

James Brown and Pavarotti lend their talents in a duet of "It's A Man's World".

Just thought I'd throw that in the mix.

"What really puts female directors behind the eight ball is that the film genres studios are most eager to make -- rowdy guy comedies, horror and superhero films -- are rarely of interest to women."

i agree with most of the article, except this part. there are an awful lot of romantic comedies, romantic dramas, etc. that stereotypically appeal to women. also, i think it's pretty sexist to say that these types of movies don't appeal to women. and finally, the studios are going to make movies that make money, they don't care what kind of movie it is, they just want the money.
