Far from loving all men equally, God hates the froward (stubbornly wicked) person. Scripture says that God HATES those who love violence (bullies).

Psalms 11:5: The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.* * * By clear inference God hates hardened bullies.
