This is what I meant when saying most everyday people have no idea how logic, reason, and science work. It's a real shame that our education system has failed us to this extent. A negative observation means little without an alternate plan, so my idea is less money for the MIC and more money for education. I know throwing money at education is not enough, but its better than nothing. LOL. Pretty good science project. Give that kid an A http://www.dhmo.org/ The kid owes Dr Tom Way for coming up with this first. He doesn't deserve an A. This kind of reminds me of global warming. This shows what many of us already knew. That most people are completely ignorant when it comes to science. They're almost as bad at math. Wanna get your kids a good Math and science education? Send her to japan or Germany. If our schools weren't so afraid of being politically correct all the time, babysitting the kids, coddling the kids AND the parents. maybe they could actually teach the kids something. Okay, I feel another public school reant coming on, so I'd better stop here. You think that's bad? Ask the idiots in America what they think about CO2. My guess is 80% of fellow clippers would show themselves to be equally ignorant. Not as bad as Europe, however. I agree with hudgal on Japan. Germany?..not so much. |
