And besides, United still hasn't said "We accept blame for what happened". Until then, they're in the musical crosshairs.

Oh I'm just giving you a hard time anyway. My niece is an international fleight attendant. She's been spending some time with me while waiting to go back to work.
As for baggage or package handlers, they're idiots (at least at work) and that's pretty much across the board in any industry.
