Another nutter.

A self-hating nutter, the worse kind there is.

If she disagrees with someone's life style, how do you know it is hate? If someone is obese and you disagree with their lifestyle and want to help them, is that hate too?

The term is used a little loosely these days. (A bit like sporting "icons") And I think you may also be correctly asking if her performance would reflect her attitude, given that most nurses I have met are very professional in their work with all patients.
(Hate is an emotion that gnaws into your guts, and as mine are not in great condition, I refuse to use that emotion)

Please - don't let her come here....we have enough hate-filled people here already.
