So, when do we stop spending all of our American dollars/ jobs to China and start doing things ourselves again? THAT would be a change worth doing. China will never change.

American companies are helping to repress people in china by supplying them with network spying/monitoring equipment.
And the American people themselves empower the Chinese by buying things made in China. They didn't get wealthy overnight by doing nothing.
