As the use of force by the police officers escalated, some members of the jury grimaced. One juror held her hand to her mouth, while others simply sat and stared at the video screen.<BR /><BR />Hernandez told the jury he is not suing the officers for stopping him September 21, 2005 after he left the scene of an accident. He told the jury, his lawsuit was filed for what the officers did after he was handcuffed and on the ground.</FONT> <BR /><BR /><FONT face="verdana" color="#b1a480">More police brutality and excessive force in conjunction with taser use has led to this case being heard in court. I can only hope the jury of this man's peers realize what I realized a long time ago. It's not about the alleged criminal.
