happyhomemaker says: I can see the point one parent is trying to make. Wizardry is considered a religion to some, and you can't check out a Bible or Koran at school, but the school didn't order this book as a religious book, they ordered it a fun book for kids to read and they saw no harm, no foul. So I also see the school's point of view. Tough call I say. I'm on the fence with this one. Thoughts? Maybe it's me, but I feel like you have to believe in magic to actually be worried about this stuff. |
