With recorded unemployment headed for 10% and who knows how many are off the radar, the impact of this financial fiasco is yet to register in full. Wage earners who canno):t make rent are surely not on any health plan. We are yet to see the bottom and yet to see the toll to be paid by the poor in flesh and blood.
Tho there are signs of real estate and construction activity, it looks like another year before an upward trend in employment will arrive. Too long a long time to wait for many.

oh i am good- am used to living with nothing- but for me that's not soooo bad......i only have myself to try and keep afloat- i would be sinking fast if i had children at home now-awnd so would they- i shudder to think......
i agree- we are no where close to seeing the bottom on this economic tanking-oh-and bonus- it isn't just the united states-it's a global financial meltdown- tried to tell people- have been for years- we hit the spiral man and we are going down- lol- they all thought i was some misguided nut-oh yeah? well they still think i am nuts- but i notice they listen a bit more when i spew-

I'm in the same boat as you doodle. I'm lucky I only have myself to look after, although my daughter and her fiance tend to look to me for providing a lot of meals for my grandchildren.
