Secular humanism is the attempt to put human beings in a clavicle and steam out all the good germs that sustain life and growth. Just as happens with application of any such ignoring of reality, humans need to replace any such good that is weakened by the reinfusion of the truth: more of Jesus.

He is said to have best represented the ideals of the Enlightenment.

He gave no concrete definition of a “perfect” human existence, but he believed that the progression of the human race would inevitably continue throughout the course of its existence.
