Suddenly it was a World Cup Victory celebration, 4,000 kilometers long! And people laughting and crying, cheering, shouting, singing and stories, the stories that poured out of folks, esp. blacks (Afro-Americans).

There were some things I'd expect to hear .

Like, it's great to have no barriers, no limits to what we can do -- how they could now say...

There were some things I'd expect to hear .

Like, it's great to have no barriers, no limits to what we can do -- how they could now say that American cliche: You can grow up to be president -- how when they sat in grade school and looked at all the president's pictures posted around the room they would see someone who looked like them.

But things so much deeper and personal -- a spinning carousel of joy and tears. (I bet there will be a lot of cool documentaries about this day).

And how impressive, as mentioned, the celebrations from around the world that also touched our hearts and made us feel....made us feel....(um, what was that word some black folks (Afro-Americans) used: oh yea...Proud.

We felt proud and good.

It touches us to hear the goodwill and thanks of those from other nations -- and to see that worldwide, in many places, the hearts and spirits of multi-millions were lifted -- in a very permanent way.

Most of us voted, BTW, because he seems like and is, we believe a good man and the best man for the job.

He believes in the ideals of America, the history of America, the laws of the Constitution (which Bush has shredded) and hopes of the Declaration of Independence -- these things are important to us - it's all we got to say who we are.

And he can rule, govern. Has good populist and reform ideas and (truly) wants everyone (even Republicans) to join in TO HELP.
