#5 is a no-no. Always use an external CSS if possible. Putting scripts at the bottom is not the place for them. They go between the head tags or are linked to using an external js file. Only the <script></script tags go in the body if linking to an external script which is needed to place script action on page. Remember... validate your pages at the w3c.org's validators for both HTML and CSS code.
