Remembering these are believers, it means you have an organization threatening HELL to those who try to PROTECT children. Can you imagine a more evil organization? Although I do not think this "evil" tag is appro for all involved in the Church itself, I do share your outrage at the handling of these atrocities.....I am always so brokenhearted to think of the terrible experiences these beautiful children have had at the hands of so many sick men. Reading the stories of these survivors is really something. All abusers and those who covered for them should be prosecuted. While it's true that not everyone who attends "church" is evil, the organization is... so those who continue to support such and organization are most certainly implicated. Would you patronize a company that was involved in crimes like these? Then why even verbally defend such a horrible thing... From the top-down MANY MANY people knew of the atrocities being committed. These self-proclaimed keepers and definers of "morality" are corrupt: all the more so because they hide behind a curtain of sanctity. Just ask yourself what would happen if the CEO of a day-care chain was caught telling his employees to systematically cover-up evidence of abuse... and threaten those who broke the edict.... ... |
