Do you think the people who watched and did nothing committed a crime? It looks as though CandyJunkie, Abraham Biggs, lay dead for as long as 4 hours before anyone notified the cops, 4 people called out of thousands. Many egged him on. He posted a suicide note too.

I was taught in school that repeated threats only means people are more likely, not less. They also taught us what signs to look for. Giving away possessions etc. I wonder if they still teach these things and at what age do they start?
