</P><P>A TWO and a half year stalemate has been broken, bringing with it a pay rise for up to half of Bruck’s workforce.</p> <P>And it comes as the company consolidates its leading status in the Australian textile industry, preparing to re-invest in new equipment and possibly expand its operations and workforce.</p> <P>Wangaratta workers this week voted 86 per cent in favor of accepting the company’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) offer, which carries the endorsement of the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union of Australia (TCFUA).</p> <P>The workforce had knocked back the offer twice previously since their last EBA expired in December 2005.</p> <P>Bruck Group chief executive officer, Alan Williamson, said he was delighted staff had accepted the offer, believed to include an annual three per cent rise over three years, with the retention of all other major conditions and entitlements</P></blockquote></div><div style="margin: 0px 6px 6px 4px;"><table style="font-size: 11px;border-spacing: 0px;padding: 0px;" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tr><td style="background:transparent;border-width:0px;padding:0px;">&nbsp;</td><td align="right" style="background:transparent;border-width:0px;padding:0px;width:107px" width="107"><a href="http://clipmarks.com/share/4A61FF5D-B006-4A11-9C63-2652F66FE4CF/blog/" title="blog or email this clip"><img src="http://content7.clipmarks.com/images/c2b-foot.png" border="0" alt="blog it" width="107" height="17" style="border-width:0px;padding:0px;margin:0px;" /></a></td></tr></table></div></div>
