Bullying destroys people...there are many suicides among young people that are due to bullying.

Yes, foxyarse, but I've been on both sides, so to speak. I was bullied as a child. Later as a teacher, I was trying to catch the bully red-handed. Always difficult, as the bullies are generally very skilled at being sneaky about it. The sad fact is that teachers cannot be everywhere at once, and if the teacher starts protecting the victim, the bully just picks another time and place or changes his form of bullying from physical to mental.
