I've had the title of this essay for some years. About 2:30 A.M. this morning I knew it was time to put it into writing. So I got up, turned on the PC, and began the process of writing, editing, recording the narration, editing, uploading, and then proofing the final copy online. It's now ready for you to enjoy. You can listen to me narrate it while you read, or just listen, if you need to do something else.

It's so important to be aware of the laws you're making for yourself, because you will live by them, since you made them. And some of them probably aren't even true, but you'll still have to live them until you decide to change them.

Noticing the law that you're starting to create for yourself gives you a chance to really determine if you want to live by that law from now on or not. Take at time to ensure you're making good laws for yourself, laws that serve and uplift you and others.
