border: none;" cite="http://udn.com/NEWS/OPINION/X1/5246521.shtml"><P> 台灣也曾發生警察執勤遇通緝犯因疏於戒備而被槍殺。深覺我們的警察在訓練與執勤要求方面有改進空間。我在香港工作時，看香港警察無論交通執法、犯罪或事故現場處裡，均有板有眼，給人有訓練有素、執勤嚴謹之印象，乃詢問他們在職訓練的情形。</P></blockquote><div style="height: 2px; border: none;" cite="http://udn.com/NEWS/OPINION/X1/5246521.shtml"><P> 據他們告知：一名中階警官從入職到五十歲，要返警校（現改為警察學院）接受十次以上的在職訓練，短的兩三周，長的達六個月以上，這還不包括每次一周以內的短期訓練及在單位內的訓練。一般警察一至兩年要到警校接受一兩周以上的執勤、偵緝、警民關係或新法規等等訓練，每年二到三次的射擊訓練。交通警察每兩年要回警校接受兩周以上的訓練。此外警務處還組織了七十多支訓練隊，到各單位進行單位內訓練。特別是回警校的訓練，才能讓警察保持執勤素質與士氣。</P></blockquote><div style="height: 2px;
