Looks basic version of clipmarks. (it didn't work on my browser though).

But its info cloud is interesting. It is based on titles rather than tags. I guess popular links become bigger and bolder. This could easily be used for clipmark. I think this would be very good to replace tag cloud. Which could provide a big picture of the conversations.
