Other chains have offered drugs at a low cost. Wonder if offering these drugs for free violates any anti-competitive practice laws?

Not true. My doctor sent me to a Wal-Mart 'cause they advertised seven dollar prescriptions. They claimed they were out of the generic and offered to fill using the $45 name brand.
