"Quake Lifts Island Ten Feet Out of Ocean" makes more sense. Tsunamis are just -big- sea waves. They cannot cause islands to rise.

thanks for clarifying kwonsu. i think in my mind i just made a direct link between sea quakes and tsunamis.
(that's what i get for trying to be creative and not copying the article's title directly, eh?)
