I only realized how important water is around 2 years ago. Staying hydrated all the time has completely changed my body, mind and spirit. I only realized how important water was about 6 months ago when adam began telling me about it. Cutting out soda and drinking lots more water has definitely had a huge positive impact on how i feel. the problem with water for me, is typically the temperture of it...sometimes it just doesn't 'go' with a meal to me..either is too cold, or not cold enough. I try and drink 2 poland spring bottles a day.. but usually not with meals. But i guess i should change the word 'try' to 'i will'-- certainly reason enough to make sure i do. Water is the biggest dieting secret. Water helps you lose and maintain a healthy weight. Water has no calories and is a great appetite suppressant. Without water you can sabotage your diet. You should drink at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day. Water has no sodium. Water removes harmful toxins from the body. Dehydration slows down the body's matabolism. Lack of water causes fatigue. Water plays a role in almost every bodily function! The body is 80% water. Your body does not adapt to lack of water. In fact, it does the opposite... heats up and slows down, just like a vehicle with an overheated engine. Drinking water before, during & after exercise will help regulate yo... Water has no sodiumUnless it is Desani (i think that's the one, well the one by coca-cola). It includes sodium Ingredients: water, magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride, salt (ie: sodium) I like Fiji water. It's probably just the bottle. No sodium I believe. dfiskey -- funny you mention all that, they actually say that you shouldn't drink a lot of water with meals because it slows down the digestion process. But it's great any other time |
