Anyone know of a program that works. I've tried a couple to no great positive effect.

I find some garbage with CCleaner every time I use it, and it has never caused trouble.

I see CCleaner only to clean files, I have never used it for registry cleaning, I don't believe there is any better option to clean the registry, in fact, there shouldn't really be a great need to clean registry.
