Actually, the chaplain's end up serving both the service-member and the command. Wouldn't be the first time a chaplain has "turned in" a service-member, and then -- in violation of the chaplain-penitent privilege - testified in the service-members prosecution. In most Arab countries, those who don't convert to Islam are routinely tortured and killed.I think this is an over statement. |
