The number of Democrats turning out is certainly impressive. And while the Dems opted for change it seems the Republicans are satisfied with the status quo. Keep appealing to that neo-con base during elections and generally ignore them the rest of the year. It seems everyone except the neo-cons are laughing at the naked emperor.
