Holiday Wild Rice Blend<BR /><DIV>

4 c. wild rice blend, cooked
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. green peppers, diced
1 c. banana peppers, chopped
1 c. red peppers, diced
1 c. fresh spinach, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. pimentos, diced
1 Tbsp. McKayâ€™s chicken-style seasoning
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. garlic powder<BR /><DIV>
1 tsp. sea salt</DIV>
<BR /><DIV>
1. Cook wild rice according to package instructions. Set aside.</DIV>

2. In a large skillet, heat oil and sautÃ© onion. Add vegetables one at<BR /><DIV>
a time, stirring well. SautÃ© until tender.</DIV>

3. Stir in wild rice and mix well. Remove skillet from heat and add
garlic powder, salt and chicken-style seasoning. Lightly toss mixture,<BR /><DIV>
using a fork.</DIV>

4. Add diced pimentos and return to heat, simmer for about 3 more<BR /><DIV>
minutes. Serve hot.</DIV>
