As part of a piece about Apple launching Safari for PCs, the Telegraph's inhouse expert gave ONE example of an extension that makes Firefox the favorite browser for many. Guess which one? Clipmarks! Thanks Rick!

BNM - Are you dealing with Vista?

Congrats. But ... what about us Opera lovers? I can pop and comment with Opera, but not clipmark. Firefox is a very good browser, but after using it for a year I truly miss Opera.

Downloaded safari for windows - first impressions - very quick with gorgeous looking fonts (does something crazy with a site I look after though...)

No clipping though - I always had you guys down as Mac users.

ericskiff and I are Mac users. Safari just aint as flexible as Firefox with extensions -- one of these days I hope we can make it happen.

It's original. Everybody likes to chat. This software is a fun, enriching way to do so. Big up to the whole Clipmarks team! (golf clap)

me too! i hope safari handles extensions at some point too; at least adding PC compatibility hopefully means more websites will be compliant... (or vice versa) i have firefox going just for clipmarks (and stumbleupon, occasionally), but i've had to give it a safari skin to tolerate it!

Clipmarks may almost singlehandedly account for Firefox's retention of market-share. I know it's the main reason I don't switch to Opera.

More reasons for Mozilla to have take over talks with Clipmarks
