I used Photoshop CS2 back then but you can use anything. 2. The first step is to realize that using typical auto corrections such as curves and levels will only exaggerate the problem, but in another direction. For example, using auto levels may make a red picture completely green. 3. Instead, we must figure out the overall "average" color of the image and add a layer of this color. I created a new layer by duplicating the background layer, then chosing Filter -&gt; Blur -&gt; Average. 4. This creates a layer containing the average color of the whole image, which is basically the bad color cast. I then set the layer style to Blend Mode = Color. 5. Then, with the layer selected, I invert the color with Ctrl-I. This will basically create the opposite color of the problem.<BR /><DIV> 6. Now it's as simple as adjusting the Opacity of this layer.
