Just a bit of a boost to get you over the hill but not on the down hill slide.

My son gave me a book for my birthday (48th) called "Celebrating the Crone" by Ruth Gardner. It was actually written for someone turning 50. It's a good book, rather than bemoaning the fact you're getting older it celebrates your life and what you've learned. As a crone you have gained wisdom. I thought it was and still do think it's a great book. He actually got it as a joke because I don't mind birthdays and I lie up about my age.
