While I was happy with my 2010 Prius side door mouldings, wish I could say the same for the NavCap and the rear bumper "decal". Don't waste your time or money on these 2 items! The NavCap is not only useless (little or no glare reduction), but it diverts the a/c directly into the face of the driver and/or passenger! It also impedes use of dash switches on the right side of the NavCap and it must be removed and reinstalled EACH time you change a CD! The PRIUS clear decal (at $59.00) is also a waste of time. It is extremely difficult for a NON-professional to install it and have it come out acceptable. The instructions do not specify WHAT ratio the mixture of "soap/water" is for application. ...

(MY mixture "fogged" the decal, and JuicedHybrid refused to refund my money OR send another decal for a dealer to apply.) This lack of "customer relations" and reasonable accommodation turns me off to being a continuing customer. The PRIUS decal carried NO warning such as "professional application recommended" or "no refunds" but the instructions DID say (and these instructions are directed to Toyota service techs) ..."if application fails, remove and replace with new decal". At $59.00 a pop, I didn't think it was worth a 2nd try. Don't buy from JuicedHybrid -- their "customer service" stinks!
